If your doctor prescribes treatment, your prescription is sent to a licensed Australian pharmacy. The pharmacy quotes the exact cost before anything is dispensed, and there is no obligation to proceed. Once confirmed, your medicines are shipped in discreet packaging to your door. Most Australian metro patients receive their delivery within 5–7 business days. Your doctor remains available for follow-up as needed.
If your doctor decides treatment is appropriate, they send your prescription to our Australian pharmacy partner. If not, they'll explain why and your consultation fee is refunded.
