Doctor Consultation
An Australian-registered GP reviews your assessment and consults with you by phone. Your doctor takes a history, assesses suitability and alone decides whether any treatment is appropriate. Most patients hear back within 48 hours.

Confirm Your Order
If your doctor prescribes treatment, the pharmacy quotes the exact cost before anything is dispensed. There is no obligation to proceed. If the doctor determines treatment isn't appropriate for you, you'll receive a full refund.
