Answer a detailed health questionnaire covering your medical history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. This takes approximately 5 minutes and is reviewed by a doctor — not an algorithm.

GP Review & Consultation

An Australian-registered GP reviews your submission and meets you in a phone consultation. They'll take your history, discuss your concerns, ask follow-up questions, and decide whether any treatment is appropriate for you.

Your Care Plan

Your doctor outlines the care plan they recommend, which may or may not include treatment. If your doctor prescribes treatment, the pharmacy quotes the exact cost before anything is dispensed. There is no obligation to proceed. Your GP remains available for ongoing support and review.
